* First position: Arms in a circle in front of the body at waist level, elbows slightly bent.
* Second position: Arms extended to the sides at shoulder level, palms down.
* Third position: Arms raised overhead, elbows straight, hands slightly behind head.
* Fourth position: Arms crossed in front of the body, right hand over left, elbows bent at a 90-degree angle.
* Fifth position: Arms extended forward at shoulder level, palms facing each other.
Feet:
* First position: Heels together, toes pointed outward at a 45-degree angle.
* Second position: Heels together, toes pointing straight ahead.
* Third position: Heels together, right foot placed in front of the left foot, toes pointing forward.
* Fourth position: Right foot placed diagonally behind the left foot (or vice versa), heels together, toes pointing forward.
* Fifth position: Right foot placed directly in front of the left foot (or vice versa), heels together, toes pointed forward.
