The Helmet Fossil is found in Pokemon Pearl and Platinum, not Diamond.
In Pokemon Pearl and Platinum, you can find the Helmet Fossil in the following location:
* Route 213: It can be found near a small patch of grass along the path, to the right of the small cave.
Once you obtain the Helmet Fossil, you can revive it at the Fossil Revival Center in Snowpoint City to obtain Cranidos.
