Where is hallowed tower in Pokemon diamond?

The Hallowed Tower isn't actually in Pokémon Diamond (or Pearl, for that matter). It's a location found in Pokémon Platinum.

You'll find it on Route 211, near the entrance to the Stark Mountain.
