Where is the pokeathlon in Pokemon Soul Silver?

The Pokéathlon is not available in Pokémon Soul Silver. It was introduced in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, and later appeared in Platinum and HeartGold.

While Soul Silver is a remake of Silver, it doesn't include the Pokéathlon feature.
