Where do you get a dusk stone in emerald?

You can't get a Dusk Stone in Pokemon Emerald. Dusk Stones were introduced in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.

In Emerald, you can evolve certain Pokemon with other evolution stones, like the Sun Stone, Moon Stone, and Fire Stone.
