1. Right-click on the desktop and select Personalize.
2. In the Personalization window, click on the Desktop Background link.
3. In the Desktop Background settings, click on the Picture Location drop-down menu and select the location of the wallpaper image you want to use.
4. Once you have selected the location of the wallpaper image, click on the Picture Position drop-down menu and select the desired position for the wallpaper image.
5. Finally, click on the Apply button to apply the changes and set the new wallpaper image.
Note: Windows 7 Starter edition has limited personalization options, and you may not be able to access all of the features available in other editions of Windows 7.
