Decide on the display booth size. Determine the width, depth and height of the booth to suit your specific needs.
Cut two pieces of PVC pipe to 10-foot lengths, then place them parallel to each other on a flat work surface. On one of these pipes, apply PVC cement to the ends of the pipe and slide a PVC elbow over each end. The elbows should be turned in the same direction. This is the top bar of the PVC backdrop.
Apply PVC cement to the ends of the second 10-foot PVC pipe, and slide a T-connector over the end so that the straight-through part of the PVC T-connector is running perpendicular to the main pipe. This will be the middle bar of the PVC backdrop.
Cut two lengths of PVC pipe to 4-feet long, then run them into the elbows of the top bar; do not glue them in place. Connect the middle bar that utilizes T-connectors to these lengths of pipe to form a large rectangle; do not glue these pipes in place.
Cut eight lengths of PVC pipe to 1-foot length. These form the feet of the display. Connect each of them to the straight-through part of a PVC T-connector, gluing them in place. Cut two lengths of PVC pipe that are 6 feet in length and attach them to two of the feet, do not glue them in. Cut 6 inches off of the top of each of the 6-foot pipes after they are attached to the feet.
Insert the 6-inch lengths of PVC pipe into the other ends of the straight-through part of the T-connector glued to the end of the middle 10-foot pole. Install another T-connector to this 6-inch length of pipe to serve as the standoff support for the booth's side rails. It is up to you to determine whether to glue these pieces in place or not.
Attach the other end of the 6-foot pipe from which you cut a 6-inch length to the bottom of the T-connector you just connected. The feet connected to these pipes should be turned so they support the entire backdrop without allowing it to tip over. Place sandbags over the feet to keep it from falling over.
Cut two lengths of PVC pipe to 5-foot lengths and run them into the T-connector that is to be used for the standoff support. Glue a PVC elbow to the end of this support so it is turned downward, then use a tape measure to measure the distance from this elbow to the foot hat you made earlier with the T-connecter and 1-foot pipe lengths. Cut two lengths of pipe to this length.
Attach the measured lengths of pipe to the feet, then connect them to the downturned PVC elbow to complete the construction of the booth backdrop.
