Place a sheet of tattoo transfer paper into your printer's paper feeder. Place it in with the filmy side facing downward. This is the side on which the design prints, so it must be facing downward for it to work properly.
Select an image on your computer, whether it be generic tattoo flash or an image you designed and uploaded. Open the image in your choice of photo editing or paint software. A Windows native software like Microsoft Paint, is adequate for this task.
Select the print preview option in the program you are using. From here you can select to either tile the image, center the image or stretch the image. Choose an option depending on how large you want the image to be. Tiling the image gives you a sheet of several small images, while stretching and centering gives you one big image.
Select the 'Print' option once you have decided on whether or not you want a large tattoo or a small one. If the paper has been installed properly, depending on your printer type, the sheet of tattoo transfer paper will immediately begin to feed into the printer. This is where the printer will ink the image onto the transfer.
Let the paper dry, face up, for up to 10 minutes before removing it from your printer after it has finished printing. This gives the ink time to dry so you don't smudge it while removing it.
Cut the tattoo out with the scissors.
