How to Get a Listing in The New Yorker

With 20,000 iPad subscribers, 75,000 print subscribers and thousands more weekly purchasers and library readers, "The New Yorker" magazine is one of the most highly respected and widely read publications. Though "The New Yorker" is nationally distributed, their listings tend to include information about New York City-based events, such as local art exhibits, movie openings and concerts. Due to the magazine's high standards, their listings are selective, including mostly cultural, high-quality events at established, respected institutions and venues. You can submit a listing to the "New Yorker" that will attract the editor's attention.
