How to Add a Filmic Glow

Adobe Photoshop offers a variety of filters that can give a basic photograph a new look. These are built in effects that only take a short amount of time. One effect is the Filmic Glow that covers the entire photo with a mild blurry light effect. Using filters in Photoshop is something that even a beginner can accomplish.
