Where to get stones evolve eevee in soul silver?

You can't evolve Eevee with stones in SoulSilver! Here's how you evolve Eevee in SoulSilver:

* Flareon: Level up Eevee with high friendship during the day.

* Jolteon: Level up Eevee with high friendship during the night.

* Vaporeon: Level up Eevee near a body of water (like the lake outside of Goldenrod City).
