How to Remove the Montefiore Fountain Pen From the Nib

Montefiore produces a range of luxury pens, which are sold at affordable prices in comparison to the other manufacturers' luxury pens. The fountain pens made by Montefiore receive their ink from an ink cartridge that is connected to the nib (writing part) of the pen. You must disassemble the fountain pen and remove the nib in order to change an empty ink cartridge.

     Remove the pen lid.

     Unscrew the nib from the barrel of the pen.

   • 3

     Pull the empty ink cartridge out of the base of the nib.

   • 4

     Push a new ink cartridge into the base of the nib until it clicks into place.

     Feed the ink cartridge into the pen barrel and screw the nib back into the barrel. Place the pen lid back on.
