In Macbeth what are the witches planning at beginning?

In the beginning of the play "Macbeth" by William Shakespeare, the three witches are introduced planning and plotting to cause chaos and mischief. They decide to meet once more after the battle is over to cast a spell on the unsuspecting Macbeth.
