Angelina Jolie started acting very young, at the age of 11. Her first acting role was in 1982, a small part in her father, Jon Voight's, film "Lookin' to Get Out."
She later went on to study acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, and her career blossomed with roles in films like "Girl, Interrupted" and "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider."
