Cynthia Ann Crawford (born February 20, 1966), known professionally as Cindy Crawford, is an American model, actress, and businesswoman. She became internationally famous after she appeared on the covers of the July 1986 issues of American Vogue and British Vogue. Crawford's other notable magazine covers include Cosmopolitan, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, People, and Allure. She is also recognized for her work with the fashion brands Versace, Revlon, and Omega.
Crawford has appeared in several films, including Fair Game (1995), 54 (1998), and The Prince of Tides (1991). She has also had a successful career as a businesswoman, launching her own line of skincare products called Meaningful Beauty in 2005.
Crawford is married to Rande Gerber, with whom she has two children, Presley and Kaia.
