What is a cerebral play?

Cerebral palsy refers to a group of disorders affecting movement and coordination. It is typically caused by abnormal development of the brain or damage to the developing brain that occurs before birth, during birth or shortly after birth. CP is a permanent condition, but can range in severity from mild to severe.
