Who is j Joshua beistle?

J. Joshua Beisel is a professor in the Department of Chemistry and biochemistry at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. His research interests include synthetic inorganic and bioinorganic chemistry, organometallic chemistry, catalysis, materials chemistry, coordination compounds and biological systems, bioenergetics in biological inorganic chemistry, protein film electrochemistry, metalloenzymes, dioxygen activation by metal sites, spectroscopic and electrochemical techniques on immobilized metalloprotein.

As well as his professorship, Beisel is on the Scientific Advisory Boards for Biotage AB of Uppsala, Sweden and Bio-Logic Science Instruments of Claix, France and also he was previously a National Institutes of Health Molecular Assemblies Biophysics Predoctoral Traineeship.

As well as authoring many scientific papers, Beisel also holds nine issued and allowed patents as of Jan 2022..
