Early Life
Nilo Hovey was born on March 5, 1980, in Los Angeles, California. Her father is a doctor, and her mother is an actress. Hovey has two sisters, one older and one younger.
Hovey began acting at the age of six, appearing in school plays and local theater productions. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where she studied theater.
