Where were the theatres built in London time?

In London, a majority of the theatres are located in the West End, specifically around Covent Garden, Leicester Square, and Shaftesbury Avenue. This area has been known as the heart of London's theatre scene since the 17th century.

Many of the most iconic and historic theatres, such as the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, the Royal Opera House, and the Adelphi Theatre, are situated within the West End.
