- Heaven. The main entrance to the Globe was located at the south-west corner of the building. It was also known as the "Gentlemen's Entrance" because it was used by the wealthier members of the audience, who would pay a higher price for their tickets.
- Hell. The second entrance was located at the north-east corner of the building. It was also known as the "Poor Door" because it was used by the poorer members of the audience, who would pay a lower price for their tickets.
- The Box. The third entrance was located at the south-east corner of the building. It was also known as the "Twopenny Door" because it was used by the groundlings, who would stand in the yard of the theatre and pay only twopence for admission.
