She began singing and acting at a young age and later enrolled at North Broward Preparatory School, where she studied music and performed in musicals like "The Wizard of Oz" and "Beauty and the Beast."
She also took voice lessons and performed with the Fort Lauderdale Children's Theatre.
In addition, she studied with vocal coaches Eric Vetro and Judith Randal after moving to Los Angeles.
