Why did William shakespeare join the theatre company in 1594?

William Shakespeare did not join any theatre company in 1594. However, it is known that in 1594 a London theatre company called the Lord Chamberlain's Men was formed, which later became known as the King's Men. Shakespeare is believed to have already been a member of this company by that time.
