Yes, Endo Mamoru does die in Inazuma Eleven. In the original series, he is killed by Gouenji in the match against Gassan Kunimitsu. However, he is later revived by Kido Yuto, who uses his time travel powers to go back in time and save him. In the Chrono Stone series, Endo is killed again, this time by Zanakurou from the future. However, he is once again revived by Kido, who uses his Chrono Stones to travel to the past and save him.
