How to Install Flash on Opera Without Administrative Privileges
Opera is one of the oldest and most powerful Internet browsers still being used. Released in 1996 as a paid version, it has stayed on the cutting edge of Internet security, accessibility and functionality. It can be used on every operating system, including smartphones and game consoles. It is one of the five most used browsers, along with Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari. For security reasons, Opera disallows installing extensions to the browser without administrative permissions, but there is a way around this.
