In sailor moon when does Artemis come in?

Artemis, the talking black cat and Luna's partner, first appears in Episode 1: "The Legend of the Silver Crystal" of the original Sailor Moon anime. He makes his debut alongside Luna, and they both guide Usagi Tsukino (Sailor Moon) on her journey as a Sailor Guardian.
