What movie had a character called Kato?

The character Kato was most famously portrayed in the 1960s television series "The Green Hornet". He was the faithful sidekick and martial arts expert to the masked crime fighter, the Green Hornet.

While Kato was a popular character in the show, he has not been a major character in any subsequent movies.
