What is a duologue?

A duologue is a piece of writing or a spoken piece in which two people take part. It is a conversation or dialogue between two people, often used in drama, literature, or film to convey information, emotions, or thoughts. In a duologue, the characters engage in a back-and-forth exchange, similar to a conversation, and the interaction between the two speakers drives the narrative or剧情forward.
