What is an example of juxtaposition in

Juxtaposition is a literary device in which two contrasting ideas or images are placed side by side for dramatic effect. An example of juxtaposition in literature is in the following lines from William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet:

"_Juliet is the sun._

_A glorious sun that warms his arms_

_A coal fire sparkling from a flint._

_A lightning bolt that cleaves the air._"

The playwright uses a series of images, sun, coal fire, lightning, to create a sense of Juliet as a powerful, life-giving force, but also as a destructive one. These images reflect the dual nature of their love, which is both passionate and dangerous.
