While he was born and raised in India, he spent a significant portion of his life traveling and performing internationally. This led him to become fluent in English, which he used extensively in interviews, lectures, and even during some of his performances.
However, he would often speak in Hindi when communicating with people from his home country or when he wanted to express a particular cultural nuance that was better conveyed in his native language.
