What is concious mind?

Conscious mind refers to the part of the human mind that is currently active and accessible to introspection and awareness. It is the seat of our conscious thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The conscious mind is responsible for our deliberate actions and decisions, as well as our perception of the external world. It is also the part of the mind that we are most familiar with and have direct control over.

The conscious mind is closely associated with the prefrontal cortex, a brain region that is involved in higher-order cognitive functions such as attention, planning, decision-making, and self-control. The prefrontal cortex is also responsible for our ability to reason, think abstractly, and make judgments.

The conscious mind is constantly interacting with the subconscious mind, which is the part of the mind that operates outside of our conscious awareness. The subconscious mind is responsible for automatic processes such as breathing, digestion, and heart rate regulation, as well as for storing our memories, habits, and learned behaviors.

The conscious mind and subconscious mind work together to shape our thoughts, feelings, and actions. The conscious mind is responsible for our deliberate and conscious actions, while the subconscious mind influences our behaviors and reactions in ways that we are not always aware of.
