- Observing: Subli must be able to observe and understand the needs and preferences of the participants in order to provide the best possible support. This includes being aware of the participant's physical, emotional, and mental state, as well as their cultural background and values.
- Listening: Subli must be able to listen attentively to the participants in order to understand their experiences and concerns. This includes being able to hear what the participants are saying both verbally and nonverbally.
- Empathy: Subli must be able to empathize with the participants in order to understand their feelings and experiences from their own perspective. This allows Subli to provide the participants with the support and guidance they need.
- Communication: Subli must be able to communicate effectively with the participants in order to provide the best possible support. This includes being able to explain concepts and ideas clearly, and to listen to and understand the participants' questions and concerns.
- Problem-Solving: Subli must be able to help the participants identify and solve problems that may arise during their treatment. This includes being able to think creatively and to come up with solutions that are tailored to the individual needs of the participants.
- Advocacy: Subli must be able to advocate for the participants' rights and needs. This includes being able to speak up on the participants' behalf and to ensure that their voices are heard.
- Collaboration: Subli must be able to collaborate with other professionals in order to provide the best possible care for the participants. This includes being able to share information and ideas, and to work together to develop and implement treatment plans.
