What happens at the end of Monty Python and holy grail?

King Arthur and his knights challenge the French forces to a battle over who is the rightful owner of the Sacred Cup of Rhakis. The French knight demands to fight "one-on-one", but King Arthur's knights, on his signal, surround the French knight, who protests that this in not a 'one-on-one' battle. This leads to a fight between Arthur's knights and the French knights, during which Tim the Enchanter, who is on the battlefield on Arthur's side, uses his magic tricks of "teleportation" and "turning people into newts" in an attempt to gain the upper hand. When the battle ends, the French forces retreat from Camelot. Meanwhile, the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch, which was thrown at the French knight but fell behind a bush without detonating, finally goes off, wiping out the remaining French soldiers and the French King as he flees.
