What is soliloquy in act 4?

A soliloquy is speech given by a character alone on the stage.

In Act 4 of the play the following are the famous soliloquies,

1) "To be or not to be, that is the question” soliloquy by Hamlet.

2) "How all occasions do inform against me" soliloquy by King Claudius.
