Who is the most judicious character in play Macbeth?

The most judicious character in the play Macbeth is probably Banquo. He is often seen as a foil to Macbeth, representing the virtues of loyalty, honour, and reason that Macbeth lacks. Banquo is not easily swayed by ambition or the supernatural, and he is able to see through the witches' prophecies. He also advises Macbeth to be careful and not to let his ambition get the better of him. His caution stands him good when he and Fleance escape from the murderers.
