In scene 1 what do flavius and marcellus want the commoners to do?

Flavius and Marcellus want the commoners to keep watch for the ghost of Julius Caesar, who has been seen wandering the streets of Rome. They believe that the ghost is a sign of impending doom for the city and want the commoners to help them keep an eye out for it so that they can take steps to protect Rome.
