What suspects do the watchmen bring before prince escalus?

In Shakespeare's play "Romeo and Juliet," the watchmen bring three suspects before Prince Escalus: Benvolio, Romeo's cousin and friend; Tybalt, Juliet's cousin and the antagonist; and the citizens of Verona who witnessed the fight between the Montagues and Capulets.
