Why has lord Capulet change his mind about marriage in act 3 scene 4?

In Act 3, Scene 4 of Romeo and Juliet, it is not actually Capulet who changes his mind about the marriage between Juliet and Paris. Instead, it is Juliet's father, Capulet, who stubbornly insists on the marriage, despite Juliet's objections. Lord Capulet's reasons for insisting on the marriage remain largely unchanged throughout the play. He sees it as a strategic alliance that will bring prestige and wealth to the Capulet family. He also views Juliet as a possession to be controlled, and he is unwilling to consider her feelings in the matter.
