How Does Romeo Say That Juliets Love Has Done To Him?

In act three scene two Romeo compares his state of misery in Mantua to being tortured to death by having his body tied to a wheel which spins around and tears him limb from limb( a form of medieval execution known as breaking on the wheel) .He says that even this horrendous process would feel like 'heaven', however compared to just one minute without hearing about Juliet.
