How to Buy Books by the Pound

You can find tremendous bargains at sales of books by the pound. Bargain hunters will enjoy the thrill of the hunt, looking for a great book at a huge discount. Book lovers will be tempted to scoop up as many books as they can carry. The sales are often for a good cause, to raise funds to support community groups. Businesses also get in the act. Used bookstores may hold regular by-the-pound sales, or, sadly, special sales when they go out of business.
