What is a drama script?

A drama script is a written work that presents a story in a dramatic format, typically for theatre, radio, or television production. It consists of dialogue between characters, indications for set designs and stage directions, and sometimes descriptions of the characters and their actions. Drama scripts are structured in acts and scenes, and may also include song lyrics if they are musicals. They serve as the blueprint for a theatrical performance and guide actors, directors, designers, and other production personnel in creating a visually and emotionally engaging experience for the audience.
