The Master was not in the last episode of Doctor Who starring David Tennant, which was "The End of Time Part Two" (2010).
The Master's final appearance during Tennant's run was in the episode "The Sound of Drums" (2007) and "Last of the Time Lords" (2007). He was later resurrected as Missy in 2014, but this was after Tennant left the show.
