Why Courtney Love in jail yet for murdering Kurt Cobain?

Courtney Love has never been arrested or charged in connection with the death of Kurt Cobain. There is no evidence to support the claim that she murdered Cobain. The Seattle Police Department and a private investigator hired by Love concluded that Cobain committed suicide.
