A wizard, a warrior, a princess and an elf,
In a magical forest in the realm of themselves.

It all begins in the land of Hyrule,
I heard a beautiful princess was locked in a castle on a hill.
I had to hurry cause I thought she might get bored,
So I started out, I left before the sun had soared.

And I ran through the forest, jumped over every fallen log,
And I met an elf who wanted to help so he hopped on board,
And then we found a warrior, practicing at the lake,
He showed us how to swing a sword, to beat back the enemies we'd face.
(Verse 3)
And then the three of us, we journeyed on,
When suddenly a wizard stopped us on our way,
With glowing robes, he looked right in my eyes,
"I'll teach you magic, the art that flies"

And so the four of us, we journeyed on,

And in the end, we faced the final dragon in his keep
We knew that once we slew the dragon, we'd find the princess safe asleep.
And so we fought, and fought with all our might.
And when the battle ended, we awoke the princess in the light.

She thanked us all, I thanked the wizard, the elf and the warrior too.
And they each went on their way, as I and the princess both walked through.
And once again, I was all alone, but happy to have made new friends.
