How to Hook up Yamaha home theatre system?

### Step 1: Unpack and inspect your Yamaha home theatre system.

Carefully unpack your Yamaha home theatre system and inspect it for any damage. If you find any damage, contact your dealer immediately.

Step 2: Set up your speakers.

Place the front left and right speakers on either side of your TV, equidistant from the listening position. The center speaker should be placed below the TV, as close to the center as possible. The surround speakers should be placed behind the listening position, slightly above ear level.

Step 3: Connect your speakers to the receiver.

Connect the speaker wires to the corresponding terminals on the back of the receiver. Make sure to connect the positive (+) terminal on the speaker to the positive (+) terminal on the receiver, and the negative (-) terminal on the speaker to the negative (-) terminal on the receiver.

Step 4: Connect your TV to the receiver.

Connect the HDMI cable from the TV to the HDMI input on the receiver. If your TV does not have an HDMI output, you can connect it to the receiver using the composite video and audio cables.

Step 5: Connect your other devices to the receiver.

Connect your Blu-ray player, DVD player, gaming console, and any other devices to the receiver using the appropriate cables.

Step 6: Turn on your Yamaha home theatre system and follow the on-screen instructions.

The on-screen instructions will guide you through the process of setting up your system and choosing your language, audio settings, and video settings.

Step 7: Enjoy your Yamaha home theatre system!

Once you have completed the setup process, you can sit back and enjoy your Yamaha home theatre system.
