They are from two different shows:
* Timmy Turner is the protagonist of The Fairly OddParents.
* Jimmy Neutron is the protagonist of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius.
While both shows are produced by Nickelodeon, they never crossed over in a canonical way.
