Who edited the tatler?

The Tatler was founded and edited by Richard Steele from 1709 to 1711. He was joined by Joseph Addison in 1710, who became a co-editor and contributed significantly to the magazine's content.

After Steele was dismissed as editor in 1711 due to political reasons, Addison took over full editorial control until the magazine ceased publication in 1711.
