Does romeo give Juliet a rose in the balcony scene?

Romeo refers to Juliet as a rose, comparing her beauty to "a blushing rose among a troop of maids".

"What’s in a name? That which we call a rose

By any other name would smell as sweet.

So Juliet would, were she not Juliet called,

Retain that dear perfection which she owes

Without that title. Romeo, doff thy name,

And for that word which is not thee take all

Myself." Act 2 Scene 2
