Roserade is a Grass/Poison type Pokémon that was introduced in Generation IV (Pokémon Diamond and Pearl). Shadows of Almia, however, is based on Generation III (Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald).
Therefore, Roserade doesn't exist in the game's Pokédex.
