You may be thinking of Hatfield House, where Elizabeth I spent much of her childhood and youth. It's not actually called "Katherine House," but it was one of the residences of her mother, Anne Boleyn.
Do you mean to ask when Elizabeth I left Hatfield House? If so, she left in 1553 after her half-sister Mary I became Queen.
