Biography
Taylor York is an American musician, songwriter, and producer. He is best known as the lead guitarist and backing vocalist for the rock band Paramore.
York was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on December 17, 1989. He began playing guitar at the age of 12 and was playing in local bands by the time he was 14. In 2005, he joined Paramore, replacing former lead guitarist Jason Bynum.
York has been a key member of Paramore since joining the band. He has co-written many of the band's songs, including "Misery Business," "Decode," and "Still Into You." He has also produced several of the band's albums, including their latest album, "After Laughter."
In addition to his work with Paramore, York has also released two solo albums, "Black and White Years" (2015) and "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" (2017). He has also produced albums for other artists, including Kacey Musgraves and Hayley Williams.
